We know every person is unique and as such the therapeutic process must be uniquely designed to cater to each client's needs. Using evidenced-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based Therapeutic interventions including, person centered approach, solution focused and narrative therapy, Mindfulness Based Approaches, among others, we strive to assist community members rise above the stressors that causes them distress and suffering. We believe in people’s resilience, capacity, strengths and existing skills as drivers of change and tap into a client's qualities when delivering therapeutic interventions. We believe the therapeutic process is a collaboration between therapist and client. Our approach to wellness is holistic and we work towards connecting clients to resources and services beyond mental health that will help them enhance their quality of life.
